Terms of Service
By booking with Lashville Beauty Studio, you are accepting the following terms and conditions.
REFUND POLICY
All services, products, and deposits are final.
If there is discomfort, a major lash fallout, or a reaction within 48 hours, please call, text, or direct message me. I'd be happy to book you a complimentary touch-up (40 minutes) or removal.
BOOKING
All bookings are required to provide a valid credit card to hold an appointment. This credit card could be used towards the final price at the end of the service.
REMINDERS / CONFIRMATION
You will receive a confirmation text/email.
As a courtesy, appointment reminders are sent out 48-72 hours before your appointment either by text or email.
Appointments should be cancelled or rescheduled within 48 hours of service.
UPON ARRIVAL
To all new clients, please arrive 10 minutes before your appointment. This allows time to go over consent forms, use the restroom and discuss the look you wish to achieve in depth.
All clients please arrive on time. Arriving on time is crucial to maximizing service time as scheduled. Please arrive with clean makeup free lashes.
NO-SHOWS / CANCELLATIONS / RESCHEDULING
I understand that sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary.
Please reschedule at least 24 hours before the start of your appointment or you will be charged a cancellation fee of 50% of the price of your scheduled appointment. Clients that no-show their appointment without giving prior notice are not tolerated. A fee of 100% of the price of the service will be charged and could result in loss of future bookings.
FOREIGN FILLS
Foreign fills are accepted. Based on the state of your current lash set, you agree you may be subject to a full set service fee. This includes a complimentary removal and cleanse.
